Under the direction of Mary Brouilette, they made stained glass windows, and Dr. Alan Sny- der helped them to make a death mask of Bishop Simon Brut, sim- ilar to the one found in the crypt. The students also did rubbings from the tombstones in the Old French Cemetrery which is next to the church. The students wore costumes for their skits, which began with the first wedding in the log church in 1749 and concluded in 1996.
