' ii 'i00i00i! ii!ili00i! 00:!ii that by just putting God first and spending just a few quiet minutes with him everyday we can decrease the distress and increase the eustress (good stress) levels in our live! Set priorities: Know that you alone cannot do everything that needs to be done. Decide what is most important and make that your "A" list. Do those things first. Then you can start on the "B" list. Get organized. Use sticky notes, a calendar, a notebook or a computer. Take care of yourself: Exer- cise, eat right, get plenty of rest. If you are physically healthy, you will be able to manage both the eustress and the distress much better. Use humor: We've all leard that laughter is the best medicine.
