Travel, for All Seasons is pleased to assist in the travel arrangements. Dear Sisters and Brothers in Christ: From the earliest days of our Church making pilgrimages to Holy Places and Shrines has been part of our Catholic tradition. Ernesto Cardinal Cordpio Ahumada's invitation from Mexico City struck a chord for this Marian year. I see this Marian Year Pilgdmaga as an opportunity to pay special tdbute to the Mother of God in the spirit of our an- cient tradition. A pilgrimage to The Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe is appropriate because she Is the patroness of the Americas. Furthermore, it is an opportunity for us all to appreciate the dch cultural contribution which our Hispanic sisters and brothers bring to our Church. I invite as many of you as possible to join me in this pllgrimagel Through the intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary, may God bless our pilgrimage of falthl Cordially yours In Chdst, + Daniel M.
