Readers are invited to submit information about people who may benefit by some extra prayers and attention. Services for Edwin Ziliak, 89, were held Oct. 1 at St. John the Baptist Church, Newburgh. He is the father of Father Joseph Ziliak, pastor of St. John's. Survivors also include his sons, Edwin, Donald, Lawrence and Jerome. Individuals, families and parishes in the Diocese of Evansville are encouraged to submit the names of persons stationed in Haiti. These names will be published in the Message, with requests for prayers. Churches and organizations are also invited to submit information about activities and events related to concerns about peace, activity in Haiti, and persons involved.
