October 3, 1997 The Message --for Catholics of Southwestern indiana 15 Golden Jubilarians Norman and Agnes (Peter) Schmitt of Fort Branch will celebrate their fiftieth wedding anniversary with a Mass of Thanksgiving Oct. 11 at Holy Cross Church, Fort Branch. The couple was mar- tied Oct. 1,1947, at Holy Cross. They are the parents of four sons: Kenneth Schmitt of Kokomo, Dennis Schmitt of Fort Branch, Keith Schmitt of Evat/sville, and Donald Schmitt of Owensville. They have six grandchildren. Mr. Schmitt retired from Emge Packing Co. after 42 years.
