Starks plans to explore the relation- ship between quality "Family Time" and quality "Church Time." -- "Family Perspective in Church Ministry" is the title of the focus session to be presented by Valerie Dillon, Director of the Family Life Of- fice in the Archdiocese of In- dianapolis. She plans to tackle the question of how the Church can "effectively partner with families in education, catechesis, liturgy, youth ministry and as a total parish." Bishop Gettelfinger is scheduled to lead the opening prayer and welcome participants. The first round of focus ses- sions will follow the keynote address; the second round of focus sessions will follow lunch. A prayer service is plan- ned at the end of the day. Interested participants should first contact their parishes, according to Father James Sauer, planning coor- dinator. Group rates have been established for parishes which choose to make the ar- rangements, on a quota system which takes into account the number of families in each parish. Individual registrants will pay a fee of $21 {which includes lunch} until Sept. 29. The fee increases to $26 after Sept. 29, according to Father Sauer, who said early registration is en- couraged.
