Scholarship ]uli Wittgen has been selected to receive the Reitz Memorial Scholarship, an award based on academics, activities in school and in the community, attitude, cooperation, character and de- pendability. Forty-seven fourth graders from Westside Catholic Consolidated School, Evansville, also attended Pioneer Day. II Business manager named at St. Benedict [ Bob Mehringer has been named business manager at St.'|' Benedict Church, Evansville. He is a CPA with a master's of business administration degree from the University of Chicago. He is also a member of St. Benedict's parish. He will oversee the parish budget and serve as a member of the parish council, the finance commission and the de- velopment and strategic planning committees. In making the appointment, Benedictine Father Gregory Chamberlin said, "Bob will be a great help in the temporal administration of our parish. He is an enthusiastic and dedicated Catholic layman and I look forward to putting his expertise to good use in the service of the Church."
