Child of God Jessica Cameron, Heather DeVault, Amanda Jochim, Karoline Pampuch, Cori Red- ding and Katie Wassmer have received the Child of God scout- ing award. They are students at Holy Spirit School, Evans- ville. Shepherd, Holy Spirit, Res- urrection, St. Theresa, West- side Catholic Consolidated Primary and Westside Catholic Consolidated Inter- mediate schools, all in Evans- ville, and St. Joseph School, Vanderburgh County. Memo- rial and Mater Dei high schools in Evansville also re- ceived awards of excellence. St. Benedict School, Evans- ville, received honorabl mention. Operation City Beautiful Custodians and grounds vol- unteers from five Catholic schools in Evansville were rec- ognized for their work at an awards banquet May 24 by members of Operation City Beautiful's education committee.
