, +J I0 The Message -- for Catholics of Southwestern Indiana Catechumens, candidates prepare to.join the. Parishes plan initiation rites on Holy Saturday ; Ninety-nine catechumens became "the Elect" during cere- monies Feb. 25. They plan to be baptized and confirmed dur- ,ing the Easter Vigil on Holy Saturday. They will also re- ceive Communion. Another 147 persons, the candidates for full communion, will also complete their initia- tion process into the Church on Holy Saturday. All of the candidates have al- ready been baptized. Some will be confirmed during the Easter Vigil, and all will be able to re- ceive Communion.
