Catholic schools s,ng Over 300 students from 30 Catholic schools in the Diocese of Evansville will join their voices in celebration of Catholic Church music on Sunday, Feb. 6. The program starts at 3 p.m. at St. Benedict Church, Evans- ville, with an opening prayer by Bishop Gerald A. Gettelfinger, and with diocesan priests singing a Gregorian Chant. Music will include a song composed by Father Bill Deering, diocesan director of worship, and music by Saint Saens and Mozart. Mark X. Hatfield will serve as organist. The program, which is free and open to the public, is made possible by a grant from Mesker Music Trust to Christ the King School, Evansville.
