Father August Busch and Msgr. Clarence Schlachter will be taking care of the sacramen- tal needs of the parish. Father Eugene Schroeder, pastor at St, Theresa Church, Evansville, will be leaving for a six-month sabbatical in the middle of February. He will be at the monastic community of Prince of Peace Abbey located near San Diego, Calif. In a letter to parishioners, Father Schroeder writes, "During these six months, I will join this community in following the Benedictine tradi- tion of prayer and work." While Father Schroeder is on sabbatical, Bene- dictine Father Alan McIntosh will be living at the rectory, and having weekend and weekday Masses. Father McIntosh is a priest from St. Meinrad Archabbey currently on assignment in the Dio- cese of Evansville, according to Barbara Craw- ford, director of communications at St. Meinrad. He is taking care of his mother who lives in the Evansville area. Lynn Ubelhor, currently the parish adminis- trative assistant, will be serving as parish admin- istrator. DAPCA Mary Kay Falcony and Marty Homing are co-chairs of the Diocesan Association of Parish Catechetical Administrators Executive Committee. They are DREs at Holy Rosary Church and Christ the King Church, both in Evansville. School Sister of Notre Dame Therese Mary Rebstock is treasurer. She is CRE at St. Joseph Church, Jasper. Providence Sister Nancy Brosnan, youth ministry coordi- nator atHoly Family Church, Jasper, is secretary.
